While we tell our children to eat healthy and that they need to eat this and that in order to grow up to be big and strong, we as adults don’t follow the same advice.</p>
<p>If you are looking to make a difference in your children’s lives when it comes to getting them to eat healthy, then you might want to consider trying to make the changes yourselves. Many live by the do as I say and not as I do. This isn’t how you are supposed to teach children.</p>
<p>One thing that has been killing our initiative to teach our children to eat healthy is that we take them out to eat all the time. Something that all the fast food joints are doing now days is offering better options for kids to eat. Instead of the fries, many are offering apple slices instead. Instead of soda, they offer milk and other changes just like this. There are some fast food places that are taking the toys away as well. <p>While they are aiming to make nutritional meals for children, many are revamping their menus to give some healthier choices to adults as well. This would be a perfect time to order a Big Mac, but in a wrap instead of on the bun. Check out the things they are adding.</p>
