Weight Loss and Self Confidence
If you are overweight, you probably find that you are unable to do what other people do, for example perform simple household chores or take part in sporting activities. What is more, some people may call you fat. You may then start to feel as though you are not good enough. When you lose your self-confidence, it makes you detach from people. Because you are scared of being made fun of, you decide to hole yourself in your room all day. The problem with this is that you might resort to eat even more as a way of comforting yourself. Consequently, you may add more weight, which will make feel worse.
