What is the policy on returns and how do I return items?

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have received you may request a full product refund or exchange for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Up to 60 days, and for up to one year from the purchase date, you may return product that is unopened, not discontinued, is in its original packaging and in resalable condition and receive a 100% product refund.
Please contact the Customer Service in the country you have ordered the product from (details found on your invoice) for instructions, shipping address and Return Authorization number. Do not send the product back until you have an RA otherwise it will be difficult to track your return and ensure a quick refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable, however full product cost and any taxes if applicable will be refunded.
Please note: You must keep the empty bottles in order to receive a refund. Refunds are only provided if all bottles (either unopened, opened, empty) are returned.
